Every course is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of the amount you paid — no complicated conditions.

How to request a refund

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or by bank transfer. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

Digital delivery & cancellation

Our courses are delivered digitally, so there is no shipping. You can cancel your enrolment at any time within the 30-day window for a full refund. After 30 days, purchases are considered final unless required otherwise by law.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or sharing/redistribution of course materials.
