Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ustaad sells digital online courses. There is no physical product, so nothing is shipped or couriered. This policy explains how and when you receive access to what you buy.

1. Digital delivery

  • All courses and materials are delivered online through our website and via WhatsApp/email.
  • There are no shipping charges — the price you pay at checkout is the full amount.
  • No physical goods are dispatched to any address.

2. Delivery timeframe

After your payment is confirmed, we activate your access — usually within a few hours, and in most cases much sooner. During busy periods it may occasionally take up to 24 hours.

3. How you receive access

Once activated, you will be contacted on the WhatsApp number or email you provided at checkout with your login details and next steps. You can then access your course any time at joinustaad.com.

If you have paid but not received access within 24 hours, please contact us right away and we will sort it out:
