Welcome to Ustaad. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website ( joinustaad.com ) and our online courses and related services (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

Ustaad is an independent online education provider. We offer self-paced, text-based lessons, practical exercises, quizzes and a certificate of completion that teach people how to use widely available AI tools for everyday work and freelancing. Course content is for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to purchase or use the Service. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Enrolment & payment

• Courses are sold on a one-time basis (not a subscription). The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners, which may include PayFast, JazzCash and bank transfer. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Access to purchased content is granted after your payment is confirmed.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Access & delivery

The Service is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, we activate your access — usually within a few hours. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, copy or redistribute course materials or your login;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, text, graphics and the Ustaad name and logo are owned by Ustaad or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning.

7. Third-party names & trademarks

Product names such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners. Ustaad is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies. We reference them only to describe the tools our courses teach.

8. No guarantee of income or results

Our courses teach skills, but we do not guarantee any specific job, income, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

9. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ustaad shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
